This promotion is valid for round-trip air transportation, two Cirque Du Soleil show tickets, and two-night accommodations in Las Vegas. Both travelers must be 21 years of age or older. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Redeemer must also comply with all applicable accommodation terms and conditions for the specific accommodations (i.e. hotel) reserved.

Flights arrive into Las Vegas (LAS) and return two days after departure date. Specific flights and accommodations are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE. Generally, our promotional flights depart between 3PM and 10PM and return between 6AM and 1PM.
Casablanca Express, Inc. (CBE) reserves the right to substitute or replace this Travel Promotion for another offer of an equivalent nature if CBE, in their reasonable discretion, determine such substitution is necessary.
Only the accommodations listed are covered by this promotion. This promotion does not include government-imposed taxes, ground transportation, transfers, meals, or any incidental expenses such as, but not limited to: resort fees, phone calls, gratuities or entertainment. Hotel may require a credit card imprint or deposit upon check-in to cover incidental expenses.
Government-imposed taxes ($75 per person) are the sole responsibility of the Redeemer. Taxes include Airline Federal Excise Tax, Federal Security Tax, Federal Segment Taxes, Local Passenger Facility Charges, and hotel occupancy taxes. This promotion requires a $150 tax deposit to cover government-imposed taxes. Government imposed taxes will be deducted from your tax deposit and will not exceed $150.

This promotion is distributed by Casablanca Express, Inc. Any dispute, claim, suit, demand or controversy with CBE arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be determined exclusively and finally by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. By agreeing to mandatory and binding arbitration, CBE and Redeemers or travelers (collectively "Parties") agree to waive their right to go to court to enforce or defend their rights, agree to waive their right to a jury trial, and agree to waive their right to litigate claims on a class-wide or class-action basis. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broad and comprehensive. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS, Inc. ("JAMS") in San Diego County, California. The Parties can appear at the arbitration in person, via telephone or video conference (if available). The arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et. seq.), and JAMS Streamlined Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any state or federal court of competent jurisdiction. The laws of the state of California shall govern.
